How do you recruit your nurses?

Modified on Sat, 26 Sep at 7:13 AM

Our nurses are recruited through a rigorous two-stage interview process led by our Head of Nursing, alongside comprehensive HR and professional vetting procedures. This ensures that members of our Nursing Team are appropriately qualified, experienced and meet the required professional standards.

All nurses:

•    Are currently working as Registered Nurses (RNs) within the NHS, with a minimum of two years’ nursing experience.

•    Are fully registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and maintain their professional registration.

•    Hold a minimum of a BSc (Hons) in Adult Nursing.

•    Have completed the NMC revalidation requirements, which nurses and midwives must meet to maintain their registration.

•    Have an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

•    Provide documentary evidence confirming their qualifications and professional registration.

•    Provide a minimum of two professional references to verify their skills, experience and suitability for the role.

Our recruitment and vetting process helps ensure that clients receive support from nurses who have the appropriate clinical experience, professional qualifications and current registration.
